| Shipping | We ship US and International unless specifically stated otherwise in the item posting. Most items are shipped either USPS Priorty OR First Class (Air Mail in the case of International), depending upon item weight. Charges are either fixed and posted with the item listing, OR variable and are computed as a percentage of each item. |
| Delivery | Shipping is the next business day afer receipt of payment. eChecks must clear the bank before shipment takes place. Please Note ... We do not, as a matter of routine, send out an email when an item is shipped. All items are shipped as per description. |
| Refunds & Returns |
Seller's Refund and Return Policy:
- Item must be returned within 7 Days
- Refund will be given as Exchange
- Policy Details: Due to copyright considerations, we are unable to issue cash or credit refunds. Exchange will be provided for any damaged or unreadable product. Please return product in original shipping container, along with your name & shipping address. A replacement will be rushed to you via First Class (or Airmail) USPS.
- 15% re-stocking fee for damaged or missing-item returns.
- Any product found, upon receipt, to be defective in terms of Quality or Workmanship may be returned, postage paid, for a like replacement. Please NOTE: This policy may be modified for certain promotional offers.
- This guarantee applies to Soft Products ONLY. Warranty and Guarantee terms for Hardware products are as indicated for the particular item.
- We regret any inconvenience caused to you. All of our products are tested prior to shipment.
